Your CRM stays the system of record
Nothing here replaces the CRM you already pay for. The assistant sits in front of it, handles the reply and the qualifying, then writes the result back where your reporting already lives.
Follow Up Boss, kvCORE and BoldTrail, and your Zillow lead route. Your CRM stays the system of record. Every conversation writes back four objects: the contact, a note holding the transcript, a task with the next step, and the appointment if one was booked. You can turn any of the four off.
The same four objects on every integration
Keeping the write shape identical across CRMs means your reporting does not change depending on where a lead came from.
Contact
Matched on phone and email first, created only if there is no match. An existing person gets new activity rather than a duplicate record.
Note
One note per conversation holding the full transcript plus the qualifying answers in a fixed order, so your reporting does not depend on who typed it.
Task
A single next-step task with a due date, assigned to whoever owns the lead. One task, not a pile of them.
Appointment
Written when a showing is booked, with the address and the attendee attached.
You can turn any of them off
Some teams want the note but not the task, or the appointment but not the contact write. All four are individually switchable, and nothing is ever deleted or overwritten. The assistant appends.Available integrations
Three for v1
Each page lists exactly what syncs, the setup steps, and the limits that come from the vendor side rather than from us.
Follow Up Boss
People, notes, tasks and appointments.
Follow Up Boss is where a lot of US agents already live, so it stays the system of record. The assistant reads enough to avoid duplicates and writes the four objects that make a conversation findable later.

What syncskvCORE / BoldTrail
Smart CRM contacts and activity.
If your brokerage provides kvCORE or BoldTrail, you are not replacing it. This sits in front of it as the reply and qualifying layer, then writes the result into the Smart CRM so brokerage reporting still works.
Coming soon. Needs brokerage-level API access.
What syncsZillow leads
Pick up portal leads the minute they land.
Portal leads are the clearest case for fast reply, because the same inquiry often goes to more than one agent. The point of this integration is to shorten the gap between the inquiry landing and the first useful answer.
Coming soon, through your existing lead delivery route.
What syncsNot on the list
If your CRM is not one of the three, it is not supported today. A webhook-and-email path would work for most systems, and asking for it is how the next integration gets picked.Tell us which one you use and it goes on the list with the others.
These integrations are named in text rather than shown as logos. A vendor logo would imply a partnership that does not exist.
Connect one CRM and run a test lead
The connection screen sends a test inquiry so you can see the record it produces before any real traffic touches it.
Accounts are not open yet. Joining the waitlist takes an email address and nothing else.
