AI that answers every lead in 30 seconds, qualifies, and books showings
Built for US agents and small teams. It picks up the inquiry while you are still in a showing, asks your qualifying questions, puts a real time on your calendar, and writes the whole thing back to Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or BoldTrail.

The problem
Leads are lost in the gap between arriving and being answered
Three failure points, in the order they happen.
Calls you cannot take
You are in a showing, on a listing appointment, or driving. The phone rings once and the caller moves to the next name on the search results.
Portal leads going cold
The same inquiry often lands with more than one agent. Whoever answers first gets the conversation, and that is usually decided in minutes rather than hours.
Follow-up that stops at one text
Most leads do not reply to the first message. Day three and day seven are where the work actually pays, and they are the first thing to slip on a busy week.
Want numbers instead of a description? Themissed-lead cost calculatorruns the arithmetic on your own lead volume and commission, with no industry multiplier baked in.
What it does
Six jobs, handled the same way every time
The six parts of lead handling that do not change from one lead to the next.

Talk to it before you give it your leads
The demo runs in simulation mode with no account and no API key. Type like a lead would and watch where it asks a question, where it stops, and where it hands over to a human.
- Text like a new portal lead asking about 123 Oak St
- Ask about selling a condo in the next 90 days
- Follow up on an open house sign-in from Sunday
Is 123 Oak St still on the market?
It is. I am an assistant working with the listing agent. Would you like to see it this week?
What are the schools like?
I do not give school ratings or neighborhood comparisons. I can have the agent send you the district details. Want me to?
That last answer is the point. It declines rather than guessing.
How it works
Three steps, then you correct the script instead of the person
Setup is measured in hours rather than weeks. The ongoing work is reading threads and tightening the wording.
Connect your CRM and calendar
Paste an API key for Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or BoldTrail, and connect the calendar you already keep. Nothing syncs until you confirm which writes you want.
Set your questions and your quiet hours
Pick your buyer and seller qualifying questions, the hours the assistant replies on its own, and what counts as hot enough to interrupt you.
Go live on one lead source first
Turn on a single source, run a test lead through it, read the thread it produced, then open the rest once it reads the way you would have written it.
Compared to hiring an ISA
A human inside sales agent still wins some of this
A human ISA is better at several of these. Both columns are worth reading before you pick one.
| Human ISA | This software | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost shape | Salary or hourly plus payroll tax, plus a share of closings in many setups. Fixed whether leads arrive or not. | Subscription, scaled to seats and volume. Quoted per account. |
| Hours covered | The shift you pay for. Nights, weekends and holidays cost more or go uncovered. | All hours, with quiet-hour rules you set per market. |
| Consistency | Varies with the day, the mood and the call volume. Good ISAs are very good. | The same questions in the same order on every lead. |
| Ramp time | Weeks of scripts, shadowing and correction before they are solo. | Setup is measured in hours, then you correct the scripts instead of a person. |
No salary averages are quoted here. Cost comparisons need real numbers from your own market.

Questions
The five things people ask first
The full list covers product, pricing, CRM, compliance and data.
How fast does it actually reply?
The target is a first message inside about 30 seconds of the lead arriving. Real-world timing depends on how quickly your lead source hands the inquiry over, which is often the slower half. The speed-to-lead test walks you through measuring your own end-to-end time.
Which channels work today?
Web chat and email work today. SMS reply is coming soon, and WhatsApp would go through the official business API only. Voice is coming later, after the messaging channels are settled.
Does it pretend to be me?
No. The first message says it is an assistant working on your behalf and that a person will follow up. That is a default, not an option.
What does it cost?
We quote per account, because the right plan depends on how many agents you have, how many lead sources you want connected, and how much volume comes through them. Tell us those three things and you get a number back.
What about TCPA and consent for texts?
Consent is yours to collect and yours to prove. The product records opt-ins and opt-outs, applies quiet hours by contact time zone, and includes opt-out language on messaging channels. That is general information rather than legal advice. Ask your broker or your counsel about your own setup.
See what it sends before you decide anything
The live demo runs the full flow in your browser. No account, no card, nothing to connect. If the wording is not yours, that is the point of reading it first.
Accounts are not open yet. Joining the waitlist takes an email address and nothing else.
